Trong các hệ thống thiết bị đo an toàn Triconex, 3625 tham gia vào kiến trúc TMR 2oo3 với mạch bỏ phiếu đầu ra bốn nhánh. Cách ly điện ngăn sự lan truyền của các lỗi quá độ giữa các kênh và các nhánh hệ thống.
