Description

The 323073-01 ADAPT ESD is a safety PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) designed for emergency shutdown of rotating machinery such as steam, gas, and hydro turbines, expanders, and other process equipment. It features a graphical logic programming interface and integrated overspeed detection.

  • Input Channels: 32 discrete (DI) and process variable (PV) signal inputs. 12 of these can be configured as either discrete inputs or 4-20 mA analog inputs
  • Speed Input Channels: 6 unique speed input channels processed by three CPU modules.
  • Output Relays: 5 relays per module, configurable for various applications.
  • Recorder Outputs: 2 internally powered 4-20 mA recorder outputs per CPU module.
